CVC Health Care would like to present a new vascular access team in Lancaster Texas. Crescent Medical Center has trained a multidisciplinary team to meet the IV needs of their patients and improve the patients experience with vascular access insertion. The team will be building a program to identify the right the device for the patient and therapy prescribed. The hospital currently has a 0% CLABSI rate and they plan to maintain zero by educating all who care for the line, implementing evidenced based practice and surveillance of catheters and insertion sites.
